Hi, I am Joyce Rushton but most people call me Josie. I became a notary public because I believe in being there for life’s significant moments - both big and small. I have the privilege of witnessing and supporting important milestones, whether it’s buying a home, tying the knot, or simply navigating everyday paperwork like changing banks.
Gratefully Yours,
Josie

As a Notary Public
What excites me most is officiating weddings. As a romantic at heart and someone who is happily married to my best friend, I find great joy in uniting couples in marriage. I’m honored to be ordained by Universal Life Church Ministries and I welcome all couples, including those from the LGBTQ community, with open arms.
I drive to your location!

I charge a travel fee in addition to the fees for notarizations.

Note: International Drivers Licenses do not meet these requirements. Matrícula Consular sometimes meets these requirements.
If you do not have one of the IDs listed above, discuss with me before our appointment.
Policies
Every signer must physically appear and present Acceptable ID at the time of notarization.
I cannot notarize vital records such as birth, fetal death, marriage or death certificates.
You must be able to communicate with me in English. Translation is not allowed during notarization.
I am not an attorney and cannot give legal advice about immigration or any other legal matters.
Please be punctual, if you arrive 20 minutes after the scheduled time, I will consider you to be a “no show”.
My travel fee is non-refundable, and will still be charged if there is failure to notarize, which could be due to not having acceptable ID, incomplete documents, “no show”, or other unforeseen circumstances.
