Policies

Every signer must physically appear and present Acceptable ID at the time of notarization.

I cannot notarize vital records such as birth, fetal death, marriage or death certificates.

You must be able to communicate with me in English. Translation is not allowed during notarization.

I am not an attorney and cannot give legal advice about immigration or any other legal matters. I am also not an immigration consultant.

Please be punctual, if you are 20 minutes late, I will consider you to be a “no show”, and will leave.

My travel fee is non-refundable, and will still be charged if there is failure to notarize, which could be due to not having acceptable ID, incomplete documents or other unforeseen circumstances.
